Grant Funding
Funding is available through the Carbon Emission Reduction Target (CERT) This is an obligation placed upon the energy suppliers to reduce CO2 emissions.
External wall insulation dramatically reduces CO2 emissions from peoples homes and therefore we are able to offer significant levels of funding.
The funding process is very straightforward and is paid directly to the energy professional who will be undertaking your work. Funding is available to everyone but can vary depending the personal circumstances of the homeowner.
All homeowners will qualify for grant funding, however should a homeowner be over the age of 70 or in receipt of a qualifying benefit then an increased level of funding could be availble. Ask your surveyor for details.

Green Loans - Pay as You Save (coming soon)
We are currently talking with a number of financial institutions to develop a low cost green loan. With the savings on your heating bill that external wall insulation will provide it is anticipated that the savings will go a significant way to covering the repayment costs of any loan.
